Last time I checked we were not a mono...Great post! Last time I checked we were not a monolithic people. Black folk come in all shades and hues, all ways and views... We have such a variety of experiences and cultures among African Americans alone. And when we add our brothers and sisters from the Continent and the rest of the Diaspora to the mix it really shows our wide range and varied interests.
